Sorry it didn't work out! Returning is easy, but please check where to send your parcel first. We have two warehouses, and your order may have been sent from either one.

Step 1: Find your return address

The quickest way: open your shipping confirmation email from us. It shows the exact returns address for your order.

Can't find it? Check which courier delivered your order:

Royal Mail, Evri, DPD UK or another UK courier

Your order came from our UK warehouse. Please send your return to:

Step 3: Pack and post

Pack your item(s) unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached, in the original FREDDY clear bag with your invoice or order number. Send it with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. We'll email you once it arrives and your exchange or refund is processed.
