Returns & exchanges

You can return or exchange your FREDDY order within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
In their original FREDDY clear bag with all labels attached

Exclusions: underwear can't be returned. Please take care when trying on light-coloured styles, as they must come back without marks.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–10 working days of us receiving your return. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to return or exchange

Pack your item(s) in the original FREDDY clear bag and include your invoice or order number.
Send your parcel with a tracked service of your choice to the returns address below. We can't be responsible for returns lost in the post, so please keep your proof of postage.
For an exchange, email info@freddyclothing.co.uk with the style and size you'd like. We'll send it out as soon as your return arrives.

Please note the warehouse can't accept visitors or hand-delivered returns.

Faulty items

Every order is checked before it leaves us. If you think your item has a fault, email info@freddyclothing.co.uk straight away with your order number and photos. General wear and tear isn't covered.

International returns

If you're returning from outside the UK, please make sure any duties and taxes are paid when you send your parcel, otherwise it won't reach us.
