How can I contact you?
We've tried to answer our most common questions below. If you don't find what you need, email us at info@freddyclothing.co.uk and we'll get back to you within one working day.

How much does delivery cost?
UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey:
Standard Tracked: £4.99 (2–3 working days)
Express Tracked: £5.99 (1–2 working days)
We also deliver to Ireland, the USA, Canada and the UAE. Rates for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and your order is dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Standard Tracked: 2–3 working days
Express Tracked: 1–2 working days

Working days exclude weekends, bank holidays and pre-order items. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. See our Delivery page for full details.

What size should I order?
Our Size Guide will help you find your fit. Sizes are consistent across the denim, fashion and sport ranges. If you'd like more help, email info@freddyclothing.co.uk with your height, waist and hip measurements.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
Every order is checked before it leaves us. If you think your item has a fault, email info@freddyclothing.co.uk straight away with your order number and photos.

How do I return or exchange?
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original FREDDY clear bag with all labels attached. Start your return here, or see our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

I ordered the wrong size, can I change my order?
Email info@freddyclothing.co.uk as soon as possible. If we catch your order before it's dispatched, we'll do our best to change it for you. Otherwise, you can exchange it once it arrives.

The style I want is out of stock. When will you get more?
We receive new stock regularly. Click "Notify me when available" on the product page and we'll email you as soon as it's back.
