Our sizes: each size shows the letter and the UK/Irish number, for example S/8 or M/10. Between sizes? Size up.

How to measure

Use a soft tape measure and measure over underwear, not over jeans.

1. WaistAround the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

2. HipsStand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your bum.

3. Inside legFrom the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone. It's easiest with someone helping.

Compare your measurements to the chart for your style below. If your waist and hips fall in different sizes, go by your hips, because that's where WR.UP® does its shaping.

Full length or 7/8 ankle length?

7/8 ankle lengthBest if you're 170 cm (5'7") or under, or if you like a cropped look that shows off your ankle and shoes.

Full lengthBest if you're taller than 170 cm, or if you like your trousers to reach your shoe with heels.

Good to knowWR.UP® fabric relaxes as you wear it, and the leg can lengthen by 10–15 cm (4–6 in). If you're unsure, choose the shorter length.

How do I know my size is right?

The first time you put them on, WR.UP® should feel snug, like a second skin. That's normal, and they soften as you wear them. Signs you've got the right size:

The back seams sit in the middle of each cheek, lifting rather than flattening.
The waistband lies flat, with no gap at the back and no digging in.
There's no sagging or creasing under the bum or at the crotch.
They don't feel overstretched. If the fabric looks see-through or the seams pull sideways, go up a size. Overstretched seams put too much pressure on the fabric and can damage the trousers.

Are they sitting correctly?

Open the button and zip, then roll them up your legs gradually, like tights. Don't pull them up by the waist or the belt loops.
Once they're on, ease the fabric up from the knee so the seams line up with your shape.
Give them a few minutes. They warm up and settle to your body.

Care instructions

FREDDY WR.UP® are not regular trousers. The design and stretch fabrics make them extremely comfortable, but also more delicate, so treat them with care and they'll keep their shape for a long time.

Always undo the button and zip before putting them on and taking them off.
Don't pull at the belt loops or tug at the waist.
Take care with long or false nails, and keep away from rough or sharp surfaces.
WR.UP® fashion trousers are not made for working out. For training, choose WR.UP® Sport with D.I.W.O.® technology.
Hand wash only in cold water, with a little mild detergent. Unfasten buttons before washing.
No fabric softener. Wash activewear after every wear, as deodorant can bleach the fabric.
Don't soak, leave wet, tumble dry, dry clean or bleach. Don't iron on or near the silicone membrane.
Line dry in the shade straight away, out of direct sunlight.
Always check the care label, as each style can differ.
